Popl.co does not accept returns. To be eligible for a refund, a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number is required, and the order must not have been fulfilled, shipped, or delivered per carrier tracking info. If a Popl is scratched or damaged, it may be eligible for a replacement. Replacements for damaged Popls are offered with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. If a Popl does not adhere well to a case or phone, it may be eligible for a replacement Popl device, not a refund. If there are issues activating a Popl or popping to compatible phones, a refund or replacement can be requested by contacting the support team at support@popl.co. If a Popl loses its adhesive within the first 30 days of the order being marked as delivered, it is eligible for a free placement. As for the shipping policy, no shipping info is required as returns are not accepted.
